Olive oil<\/p>\n<p>lime wedges<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Coat fish with flour. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Cook fish 3-4 minutes then turn, brush on garlic rub, cook another 3-4 minutes.
