I also love to eat this raw as a salad.<\/p>\n<p>3-4 crowns broccoli<\/p>\n<p>3-4 cloves garlic, sliced<\/p>\n<p>1 t. sea salt<\/p>\n<p>2 T. olive oil<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 lemon<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat oven to 425.<\/p>\n<p>Trim broccoli into bite-size pieces, add to bowl with salt and oil. Mix and place evenly on a sheet pan with parchment paper. Roast for 10 minutes. In the meantime, add sliced garlic to bowl and wipe up remaining salt\/oil (add a drizzle more if needed.)\u00a0 Top the broccoli with the garlic and roast another 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
