{"id":575,"date":"2021-07-15T21:54:35","date_gmt":"2021-07-15T21:54:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gritology.com\/blog\/?p=575"},"modified":"2021-07-16T13:35:04","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T13:35:04","slug":"too-tired-to-cook-pantry-staples","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gritology.com\/blog\/recipes\/too-tired-to-cook-pantry-staples\/","title":{"rendered":"Too Tired to Cook Pantry Staples"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Not all of these choices are healthy, but when you don&#8217;t have the energy to cook, it&#8217;s important to get something in your stomach!<\/p>\n<p>Oatmeal &#8211; individual\/microwaveable servings (helps to add fresh fruit if you have on hand!)<\/p>\n<p>Cereal &#8211; preferably low sugar<\/p>\n<p>Nut butter (peanut, almond, etc) Toast with nut butter is quick, especially if you need to take meds\/supps with food.<\/p>\n<p>Bags of rice that heat in 90 seconds (if you don&#8217;t want to microwave, it heats quickly on stove as well.)<br \/>\nMy fav is the organic brand, &#8220;Tasty Bite&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Pasta &amp; Spaghetti sauce<\/p>\n<p>Boxed or canned soup<\/p>\n<p>Broth (if I have leftover hamburger or chicken I add it to the broth with some rice)<\/p>\n<p>Macaroni and Cheese (it does require some cooking but still quick!)
