Healing Your Subconscious Mind

Healing often requires focusing on not just the physical body but, as importantly, trauma trapped in our subconscious mind.  From early childhood, it has programmed our beliefs, established patterns, and influenced our behavior, which ultimately affects our health.

“At the root of every symptom, stress, and disease, is a subconscious emotional pattern of reaction.” ~Dr. Darren Weissman

Darren Weissman, D.C. is a chiropractic holistic physician, developer of The Lifeline Technique, and best-selling author of The Power of Infinite Love & Gratitude, among other books, and has been featured in the award-winning documentary, HEAL.

My Personal Story

Had I not learned what needed to be healed from my childhood, my transformation would not have happened. Dr. Darren, through his Lifeline technique, helped me discover why I desperately craved validation which, since childhood, kept me focused on pleasing others at the expense of my own happiness. I also learned my ‘pattern’ in choosing partners. That was another shocking discovery, as it turns out my pattern was not what I thought it was. Damn, where was Dr. Darren years ago?!  Better late than never though. 😉

After going through this process, I think understanding and healing childhood experiences that are affecting our daily choices and behavior is an essential step in healing. And I believe it can be beneficial for any age, including teens. The sooner we can discover why we make the choices we do, and why we react the way we do, the sooner we can learn to be our true selves.

Often, trauma is thought of as psychological, but in fact, the body and brain both experience lasting biological changes, resulting in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, weight gain, gut issues, and chronic illness. Everyone has experienced some form of trauma in their life. Mental health challenges, addictions, sleep issues, and autoimmune diseases are skyrocketing.
