Grapes/Cheese (if you have time, make it into a kabob. Kids love kabobs!)

Trail Mix – Make a batch of your own. Keep some in your car, at work, or anywhere to keep you from buying processed snacks.

  • Nuts of choice
  • raisins/craisins
  • dried fruit/mulberries
  • cacao nibs/choc chips
  • seeds – pumpkin/sunflower, etc

Turkey (or ham) and Cheese Rollups –  roll slices of meat/cheese

Turkey with Hummus on Crackers

Hummus with Veggies or Crackers

Wild-caught Tuna fish on crackers

Hard-boiled Eggs

Celery Sticks w/nut butter of choice

Apple w/nut butter of choice

Quesadilla (add any of these: chicken, beans, salsa, avocado, onion, veggies)

Fruit Cup (have fruit cut up and ready to eat – leave out for kids to snack on)

Veggies – (same as above) have some cut up and ready. Add ranch dressing if necessary 😉
