Easiest fish recipe ever! It’s quick, it’s tasty, and it’s healthy!
Rub
2 T. each garlic powder, dried parsley
1 t. each paprika, ground chipotle chili powder
½ t. sea salt
Save any remaining rub or make a double batch for use later.
Fish
2-4 white fish filets
½ cup flour (preferably coconut or almond)
2 T. Olive oil
lime wedges
Coat fish with flour. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Cook fish 3-4 minutes then turn, brush on garlic rub, cook another 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet; squeeze lime juice over fish, serve.
