4-5 C greens

1 1/2 C sugar snap pea

2/3 C fresh blueberries

1/3 C dried cranberries

1/2 C toasted walnuts

1/2 C crumbled goat cheese

 

Maple Mustard Vinaigrette:

3 T balsamic vinegar

1 T real maple syrup

1 t. dijon mustard

1/2 C olive oil

s&p

 

Add all salad ingredients into a bowl.

To make the vinaigrette: whisk vinegar, syrup, and mustard. Add oil, s&p.

Add dressing to salad just before serving.

Note: Feel free to add or substitute vegetables, nuts.
