Serves 4
16 oz fresh green beans, washed/pat dry
2 T olive oil
1 t. kosher salt
1/2 t. freshly ground pepper
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 C parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425.
Add all ingredients (except cheese) in a bowl and toss evenly to coat.
Arrange beans in one layer on baking sheet with parchment paper. Add parmesan cheese on top.
Roast 20-25 minutes, until fork tender.
