If broccoli is not a favorite, swap it with another vegetable or pineapple!

 

2 lbs grass-fed steak, cut into 1/4″ slices

1/4 t. sea salt

2 t. coconut oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 ” piece ginger, minced

1 bunch broccoli, chopped

2 T water

1/4-1/2 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce

 

Directions:

Add oil to skillet on medium heat. When hot, add slices of steak and cook 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet, lower heat and add garlic and ginger. After about a minute, add the broccoli and cook until lightly browned (without burning garlic) Add water, cover and turn heat down to low. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add coconut aminos and beef slices back to pan to heat through, about a minute or two. Serve!
