(For Juicing)
2 oranges
1 lemon
2 carrots
1/2-inch ginger, freshly grated
ice
Optional: fresh turmeric, 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
Peel oranges, lemon, carrot. Cut into pieces to add to juicer. Add optional turmeric.
Stir in cayenne pepper, if desired.
Pour over ice.
